Poem of Happiness

This poem was written in Child and Trauma training in Rehoboth on 25th of June. The writers: Marita, Stian, Ronika, Magda, Ramona, Andrea, Tracy, Lizel, Sandra, Shelene, and Nina.
Our topic was Happiness. Everyone got a change to write one phrase, we did not see what others wrote. We went in a circle and after your turn you folded the paper and handed it to the next writer.

Happiness
Happiness is a good feeling that everyone wanted to have in a daily life

It is a spring in my step and music in my walk

The warm loving and tender feeling a wonderful feeling…incredible

They say, the sky is the limit. But when I’m happy there’s nothing that can stop me from expressing it

Happiness a joyous feeling open, and lovely

Being with my kids in class, makes me the happiest person in the world

To be or not to be happy that is the question

 Sunshine brings happiness in my heart Oh! It is a wonderful feeling

 And at the end of the day you are standing at the ocean in front of a beautiful sunset and you realize it all makes sense

Everyone was laughing, the sun was shining. We were happy
